Reservation Flow
Changes/Cancellation of Reservation
Please contact us or TOYOTA Rent-A-Car shop immediately when you change or cancel a reservation. Prescribed cancellation charges will be charged*. Please note that the reservation may be cancelled if the rental car contract is not concluded 1 hour after the scheduled departure time.
